At Susan Engineers we start with our in-house design team. Our structures are designed, detailed, and fabricated under the watchful eyes and hands of our own team. Raw material is procured from major primary producers of steel and is backed by proper mill test certificates (MTC).
We have been embracing new technology and design practices to make our products safe, economical, and able to deliver the long-term value you expect from these structures. We follow the building codes prescribed by the relevant local authorities.

Founder & Managing Director
A visionary mechanical engineer with 40 years of multifaceted industry experience, Sunny Sahni is the founder of Susan Engineers and Contractors. An alumnus of MIT Manipal, he is a natural problem solver who has built the company on a foundation of engineering rigour and uncompromising quality.
Since entering the pre-engineered building industry in 1998, he has pioneered highly customized, energy-efficient modular structures and grown Susan Engineers into a pan-India force, delivering projects from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. His portfolio spans mass RCC housing, commercial development, and heavy infrastructure, including NHAI roads and bridges.

A Civil Engineer, Project Management Consultant, and Real Estate Expert with nearly 30 years of experience, Bala Vinod Sudam has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, IJM India Pvt Ltd, and L.J. Hooker India. He is a Founder Board Member of CDCP-India and Chairman of the Real Estate Review Committee at the Telangana Chambers of Commerce.
He served as FICCI-Telangana Chairman from 2016 to 2019 and sits on the Executive Committee of the Hyderabad Realtors Association. He is also the founder of Architectural Solutions and Sudam Bala Vinod & Co.
